I am an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science (since 2022) and a member of the SING group (since 2012). I am interested in the application of AI and ML, as well as bioinformatics. I have also specialized in the development of scientific applications (mainly in Java) and data analysis (R, Python), with a particular interest in the creation of automated analysis pipelines.
